Stop fearing you’ll never quit smoking.
The sad truth is…as fear is allowed to fester out of control, many simply choose to ignore its appetite while it consumes the joy from their lives. Without much of a fight, they begin to accept its affects as their new reality. They become a slave to their fear.
Life changes…but…“it ain’t over till it’s over”
I will never let life’s circumstances stop me in my tracks…and, by the way…that is a conscious decision. You have to shed the old to enjoy and bring on the new…for one will not arrive without the other’s dismissal. So …as life changes…I say “Bring It On!”
Why finding the “present moment” is the key to instantly rejuvenating our minds
Listen…I’m still trying to figure all this out myself though at times I feel the more I learn…the less I know. As for now…here’s the way I see it. Live life to the fullest with every ounce of your being…but understand, there’s a time to stop and recharge…in order not to burn out.

Worry is a malignant figment of our imaginations. Worry torments us as it replays our fears in our minds over, and over, and over again….until we actually experience both physically and mentally the terrible events imagined without anything actually happening in reality. What could be worse?
Raising our kids is more than what meets the eye…or is it?
We spend the first 18 years of our lives trying to escape the clutches of control our parents have over us only to find ourselves, a few short years later, on the other side of the fence raising our kids with an entirely different point of view. You might say…it’s payback time.
Life’s flow’s in the balance
Life flows freely like a mountain stream…though if left unchecked will most certainly travel down its path of least resistance which may not always serve our best interest. Ah…but with our freedom of choice we decide if, how and when to react to its force through one (or a combination) of the following:

You see…these “ah…the good ol’ days” flashbacks are our fond memories of the wonderful present moments we once were in. In fact, our beloved memories are like a tapestry of life’s present moments woven together just waiting to be triggered. For all the other moments wasted when we weren’t present…we weren’t aware. Therefore, they will forever be impossible to be flashed back.
